It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Joseph (Joey) "Joey" Scott, Jr., affectionately known as Joey, who took his final breath on November 18, 2023. Born on August 30, 1990, Joseph lived a vibrant life filled with cherished memories and loved ones.

Joseph is survived by his loving mother, Jackie Forrester. His father, Jeff Forrester, along with his brother Dalton Kipper, also mourn this deep loss. They remember him as a person full of life, always ready to crack a joke, though somewhat shy, kind, and full of love. His unique personality made him special to all those lucky enough to have known him.

Joseph's passion and love for food was evident whenever anyone mentioned Pizza or a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich, both of which held a special place in his heart. His enthusiasm extended beyond the kitchen to sports, especially baseball. He was an admirable fan of The St Louis Cardinals and himself showed his love for the game from the tender age of 5, playing as a catcher.

Amidst all the activities he enjoyed, spending time with his friends was the one he loved the most. His laughter was infectious and the moments spent with him were full of joy. His compassionate heart was beautifully displayed through his devotion to his daughter Dannylynn, whom he cared for deeply. The color blue always caught his eye and reflected his calm and serene personality.

Joseph's nurturing spirit, love for his circle, and his passion for all he indulged in will continue to live on through the memories he has left behind. His absence will be deeply felt, but his spirit will remain alive in the many hearts he touched.
