Joseph Clarence Howe ~ Born 10-27-1942
Joe passed away Saturday morning, February 22, 2020 after Fighting Bone Cancer the last couple of years. He loved Old Cars & Motorcycles and Going to the Flea Markets.
Joe was Born in Mason, Michigan. He Served in U.S. Army from 1962 - 1965. When he returned home, he married Deanna Dean who preceeded him in Death in 2010. Also preceeding him in Death were his Parents; Ray Christmas …
