Joseph's obituary

With heavy hearts and deep love, we remember a man who meant everything to his family — a proud Italian soul whose life was built on love, loyalty, and quiet strength.

At the center of his world was his beloved wife, Bonnie, his partner and best friend of 58 beautiful years of marriage. Their love story was one of devotion, commitment, and standing side by side through every season of life. Together they built a family rooted in love, resilience, and unwavering support.

He was the heart of a huge family and carried that role with honor. Family was not just important to him — it was his purpose. He showed up, every time, for every person he loved. He made friends wherever he went, never meeting a stranger, only future stories and shared laughs. His warmth, humor, and welcoming nature made people feel known within minutes.

Above all, he was a devoted father to his daughters, Bonnie, Josephine, Sara, and Geri. He fought hard and lived strong for them, always putting their needs before his own. His love for his girls was fierce, protective, and unwavering — the kind of love that never asks for recognition but gives endlessly. He took care of everyone first, often forgetting himself, because that was simply who he was.

He taught his family what loyalty looks like. What sacrifice looks like. What real love looks like. Strength wasn’t loud with him — it was steady, dependable, and constant. His presence was comfort. His advice was grounding. His embrace felt like home.

Though his physical presence is gone, the foundation he built remains in every lesson he passed down, every story told at the table, and every moment his family chooses love the way he did.

He will be missed more than words can hold, loved beyond measure, and carried forward in the lives of his wife Bonnie, his daughters Bonnie, Josephine, Sara, and Geri, his grandchildren, extended family, and all the friends who were lucky enough to know him.

A true family man. A protector. A friend to all.

The world feels different without him, but better because he was here. 🤍
