Background
The Community Alliance for Special Education (CASE) was founded by Joe in 1980, spurred by his desire to honor his parents and serve the disabled community. CASE is an education and disability justice nonprofit that supports students and their families as they navigate special education services in the public schools. For over 40 years CASE has advocated for thousands of students with disabilities to ensure that they have equitable access to the educational resources and support they need to thrive.
