It is with immense sorrow that we announce the passing of Joseph "Joe" Brown, a beloved father and highly respected naval officer, on October 10th, 2024. Joseph was born on July 30th, 1947, and despite his fondly known nickname, "Joe", he held a preference to his given name, Joseph.
Joseph was a devoted father to his daughter, Cynthia Elkins, and son, Chad Brown who survives him. His love, wisdom, and dedication have been an enduring …
