If you were a victim of Joseph Coughlan, please know his daughter expresses her deepest sorrows for the impact that experience has had on your life. Joseph himself was a victim of childhood sexual abuse, most likely by someone he trusted who had access to him as a child. Please stop the cycle of abuse. Monsters thrive in darkness and wither in the light.
Joseph has additional family in Wisconsin with additional information about his life. Additional surviving relatives not included here out of respect for their experience.
