Joseph's obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Joseph Capobianco. Born on August 22, 1970, and departed from this life on December 27, 2025. A man of strength, warmth, and wit, Joseph's spirit touched those around him in a way that will never be forgotten.
Joseph is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Megan (Parker) Langdon, Justine, Jade, and Alana Capobianco; his son, Aiden Capobianco; his grandchildren, Jameson, Jace, Riley, and Theo. He is also survived by his brothers, Lorenzo and Michael Capobianco, and his sister, Jill Capobianco. He was predeceased by his beloved parents, Dottie Capobianco-Weigand and Lawrence Capobianco.
Fiercely loyal and protective, Joseph was a man who lived for his family and was always ready with a joke or prank. He passionately enjoyed pizza and chocolate milkshakes, had a penchant for fountain soda and found beauty in the vibrancy of graffiti. He loved vacationing in Wildwood, NJ, where he relaxed and enjoyed the serene environment.
Joseph was a champion in life as he was in the wrestling ring, remaining undefeated in his wrestling career. His greatest accomplishments included the successful roofing business that he proudly owned and operated for many years, and the achievements of his children and grandchildren, who he cherished deeply.
A dedicated advocate for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Joseph's giving spirit extended beyond his family circle. He often shared lessons of fearlessness and risk-taking, epitomized by his ethos of "Worry about nothing and you've got to risk it for the biscuit".
Joseph's legacy is one of loyalty, kindness, and generosity; values that he passed down to those who survive him. His warm and jocular spirit, as well as his wise and loving heart, will be deeply missed by his family and friends - Capo 09 forever. May his soul rest in peace and his legacy live on.
