Obituary
Joe passed away unexpectedly March 5, 2023 at Ascension Hospital. He is survived by his children Tranell Koker of Milwaukee, Alivia Blackwell of Racine, Brittany Finnegan of Racine, and Zuri Blackwell of Janesville. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Oscar and Wilma White, sister Terra Blackwell, and his mother Ida Price (Blackwell). He will be missed tremendously.
