As you may know, this was a very unexpected circumstance and with the current state of the pandemic we are now in things are even more difficult to plan and make happen. We are hoping to hold some kind of vigil for Joe but at this time it is still so new and arrangements still are unknown so we will inform people of the plans if and when they are made.
