Jose Payan has gone to a better place and better life. He passed away on April 29, 2022. His family is shocked and deeply saddened by his loss. A loving son and big brother to his siblings. A true star in the sky. Come join his family and friends Pat there respects and say their farewells. There will be a funeral service held at 3:30 p.m. on March 4 at . After the service there will also be a rosary taking place at the house of his mothers at 7:30 p.m.
