Jose Luis "JoJo" Navarro passed away in Fremont, Ohio on February 15, 2020. JoJo was born August 7, 1979. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents Mercedes and Matias Torres and Jesus and Annie Navarro, Aunt Beatrice Jenkins and Uncle Manuel Torres.
