José is the husband of Alma Munguia. They have been married thirty-eight years. He had an unwavering love for Jesus Christ. He was a talented musician, composer, & singer/songwriter with a penchant for pets. He is the loving father of Jose R. Munguia and his wife Angelena, Abdi J. Munguia and his fiancée Anna Jolly, Alma Dunnavant and her husband Paul, and Jessica Urizar and her husband Jesus Camporredondo. José is the grandfather of Jacob Chmarouski, Caroline Camporredondo, Sofia Camporredondo, Yadira Camporredondo, and the late Jose Camporredondo. He is the son of the late José Maria Munguia and the late Berta Munguia-Sosa.
