Arturo was born on June 5, 1943 to José Luis Díaz Gonzalez and Virginia Ceballos Bravo in México City. After graduating high school from Instituto Salvatierra in Mexicali, he went on to study Accounting at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
In 1978, he met Dora Luz Benítez while working in Ensambladores Electrónicos de México. They wed in 1979 and went on to have three children. He is survived by his loving wife, Dora, their children, Elizabeth, Bernardo, and Rodrigo, his grandsons, Simón and Lucas, and his son-in-law, Andrés.

José Arturo "Art" Díaz Ceballos, 77, de la Ciudad de México, falleció pacíficamente rodeado de sus seres queridos el Lunes 28 de Diciembre de 2020 en Palm Desert, CA de Falla Renal de Etapa Términa.
Arturo nació el 5 de Junio de 1943 de José Luis Díaz González y Virginia Ceballos Bravo en la Ciudad de México. Después de graduarse del bachillerato Instituto Salvatierra en Mexicali, pasó a estudiar Contabilidad en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
En 1978, conoció a Dora Luz Benítez mientras trabajaba en Ensambladores Electrónicos de México. Se casaron en 1979 y tuvieron tres hijos. Le sobreviven su amada esposa, Dora, su hija, Elizabeth, sus dos hijos, Bernardo y Rodrigo, sus nietos, Simón y Lucas, y su yerno, Andrés.
