Background
As with many Asian cultures, it seems like it's also prevalent with Filipino Culture not to discuss any topic related to death. Dad was always averse with any conversation topics pertaining to his death (Will, funeral plans, final resting place, etc.). Fortunately, we were able to convince dad to get a life insurance. However, the amount we can afford at the time was only enough to partially cover final expenses (due to his age & health condition). You are not required to donate, your time with us during dad's viewing and/or funeral is greatly appreciated. Nevertheless, if you would still like to donate, any amount you give will go a long way in helping us with the deficit and other costs related to dad's funeral.
