It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jorge Arguello Acuña, who departed this life on January 27, 2025. Born on December 2, 1955, he was a pillar of strength and source of wisdom to all who knew him.

Jorge leaves behind a large and loving family. He was a proud father to his children: Jorge Arguello, Roberto (Kari) Arguello, Rosa Linda (Mark) Arguello, Larry (Anna) Zuniga, Jovanni Zuniga, and Mariangeles Arguello. He was a cherished grandfather to Tony V., JJ G., Aiden Z., Remi A., Rosianna A., Riley A., and Ezra Z.C.

Jorge is also survived by his siblings: Adalberto Argüello Acuña, Maritza Argüello Acuña, Oscar Patricio Argüello Acuña, Juan Francisco Argüello Acuña, Clarisa Argüello Toruño, José Constantino Argüello Toruño, Guadalupe Argüello Toruño, Carolina Argüello Toruño, Isabel Argüello Toruño, Francis Argüello Toruño and Juan Argüello Toruño. He was predeceased by his brother, Ofilio Danilo Argüello Acuña, and sister, Marcia Argüello Acuña.

Further mourning his loss are his aunts and uncle: Ofelia Esperanza Villaran, Aura Norma Argüello de Osorio, Rosalinda Vaughan, Guadalupe Argüello de Miranda and Ofilio Argüello. He was predeceased by his aunts: Ana Dora Argüello, Vilma Argüello and Dolores Argüello.

Jorge was predeceased by his parents, Ramon Adalberto Argüello Campos, and Gloria Acuña Ruiz, to whom he attributed his strength and perseverance.
