JORGE ALONSO 78, of Sweetwater, Florida passed away on August 7, 2024.                    . Jorge was born on April 22, 1946 to Aracelia and Jorge Alonso in Havana, Cuba.                         In February 1974, Jorge met Cecilia, his wife of 50 years, at a party, and they were married 6 months later.  They had two children Jorge and Jessica Alonso.                                                                                          In April 2013, Jorge retired from American Airlines and he spent his time working on his home, playing Fantasy 5 and watching old movies and tv programs; he also loved fixing old cars.                                                                                 He is survived by his wife Cecilia Holtz, his children Jorge and Jessica Alonso, (Kenny), grandchildren Aria, Kian and Nya O’Neill.           A “Celebration of Life” will be held outside his home on Saturday, August 17 2024, at 6:00PM.
