Background
Jordan Tartaglia of West Warwick (formerly of Scituate and Coventry) RI passed away unexpectedly on September 25, 2022 from Fentanyl Poisoning. He was just 23 years old.
His sudden passing was an emotional shock to his family and friends who are absolutely devastated.
We are currently asking for donations in memory of Jordan to be mailed directly to:
The Substance Use and Mental Health Leadership Council of RI.
