Jordan Soulak, 32 years old, passed away on October 30, 2019 in Naperville Illinois. He suffered a severe asthma attack which caused him to go into cardiac arrest. He is survived by his "Ma" Cathleen Contino (Kenneth Major), his beautiful fiance Alycia
Donais, his father John Soulak, Grandparents Richard & Jacqueline Gadzinski, Aunt Mylee Kasdorf & Uncle John, Aunt Erica Wieronski & Uncle Mike, Aunt April Robinson & Uncle Mike, sister Kristin Bardill (Brandon), sister Michaela Burklund (Erik), brother Michael Kramer, brother Jakobe Soulak and sister Darla Soulak. His nephews and nieces Ethan, Ava, Chloe, Michael,Shayla and Jordan will surely miss their Uncle J. He had many cousins , Aunts & Uncles. Jordan had a huge amount of friends, who many were like family. As many of you know, Jordan was a registered organ donor. Through the Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donation Network, he was able to save many lives & improve the lives of many others. It gives us peace & honor to know he continues to live on through others.
