Background

Jordan unexpectedly passed away on March 20th, 2021 leaving behind his family and his precious son, Caleb. We as a family are shocked and saddened by this loss, yet we have moments of joy amidst the pain.

If you knew Jordan, you’d know how much he touched the lives of everyone around him, with his warmth, his laughter, and his love... and his beautiful smile. It’s now our turn to give back and to help others who struggle with addiction ... in hopes of educating the realities of this dreadful disease that affect individuals and families within our society.

We plan to support where we can, to local efforts of non-profit organizations against the ongoing struggles of others with addictions and chemical dependencies, and recovery programs (Hope Haven) of which efforts Jordan was a part of and found help within ... and to the church he was attending, Elevation prior to his passing.

We want to thank every single one of you for all of your kind words and support shown throughout this loss; it truly means more to us then we could ever put to words.

We simply hope to extend Jordan’s reach as a loving young man who once benefited from the communal efforts of others, into time now and beyond him.

He did not want to die! No one wants to live or die with an addiction ! He was doing so well in combatting this awful addiction and helped others during their journey!

This was not his or our plan for his precious life ... this was Gods! With your contribution in remembrance for Jordan ... we hope to have an impact in educating, preventing, helping others in need along their journey with addiction ... and also help combat the distribution of fentanyl purposely cut into all drugs now that are purposely killing our young adults all the way down to elementary age children.

Unfortunately, this is the harsh reality in our country. If we can save just one life and one family .. that is enough!
We hope to collectively do more to bring this awareness for others.

Please know and be comforted that Jordan resubmitted his life to Christ and was clean and committed to helping himself and others on their journey . He is forgiven! Let God be the judge, not you! Jordan is so much more then a label attached to so many with the same affliction.

If any lessons are to be learned ... please be mindful not to treat someone badly or be judgmental toward anyone suffering with drug addiction . That’s not ALL Jordan is... he’s not a label .. He is so much more !!!! Please show kindness & compassion ! In Jesus’s name .. AMEN!
Funds are being collected and disbursed by Lisa Cude, Jordan's mother.
