Jonathan William Hopkins, age 34, of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, passed away unexpectedly on October 31, 2024.

Jonathan was born on April 13, 1990, to Nancy and Ralph Hopkins in Harrisville, Rhode Island. Jonathan is predeceased by his mother Nancy and is survived by his father Ralph, along with his eight siblings, Priscilla Longworth, Samuel Hopkins, Elisabeth Hall, Susanna Garvey, Abigail Hopkins, Micaiah Hopkins, Mary Hopkins, and Sarah Hopkins. He leaves behind four children, Alexandria Hopkins (11), Jonathan L. Hopkins (9), Gracelyn Hopkins (7), and Ralph J. Hopkins (4).

Jonathan, better known as Johnny, was a tradesman who enjoyed working with his hands. From an early age, he was drawn to using his problem-solving skills to help others. His ingenuity was displayed through his various projects. He had an adventurous spirit and a creative mind.

Services will be held at Friendship Baptist Church (2945 W Shore Rd. Warwick RI, 02886) on Saturday, November 9th, at 10:00 a.m. Light refreshments will follow.

Burial will be private.
