Jonathan David "Jay" Hall

Jonathan David Hall, known affectionately as Jay, passed away on July 21, 2024, in Nashville, TN, at the age of 48. Born on May 10, 1976, in Carpentersville, IL, he spent his adult life as a tradesman, technician, and truck driver.

Jay had a passion for mechanics, and often spent his free time working on cars, riding motorcycles, and providing valuable advice to his family on these subjects.

He is survived by his daughter, Jordan Gray; brothers, Mark and Michael Hall; sister, Krystal Hall; and his extended family, including many nieces and nephews and one great niece. Jay was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Betty Hall.

A memorial will be held at a later date, where friends and family can gather to honor Jay's memory. Jay’s spirit, characterized by his sense of adventure, an unfaltering sense of humor, and a deep love for his family, will be dearly missed.
