It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Jonathan Chapman. Born in 1939 in the United Kingdom, Jonathan lived a remarkable life until his departure on December 24, 2023 when he passed peacefully at home. A man of integrity and compassion, he touched many lives with his kindness. Jonathan was a long time insurance executive and high level corporate risk management executive.  In retirement he was a successful business owner.  Jonathan enjoyed reading, computers and long hikes with his wife, Deanna and their beloved dogs.  Jonathan was a devoted husband, he leaves behind his cherished wife of over 41 years, Deanna Chapman of Fallon, Nevada and his children from a prior marriage, son’s Kevin Chapman, Brian Chapman, daughter Moragh Chapman and three grandchildren, Tyler Chapman (Brian) Ashlee Chapman (Brian) and Patrick Putrus (Moragh) and one great granddaughter, Eleanor Chapman (Tyler) all residing in Canada. We mourn the loss of this terrific man who has left a lasting impact on everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. Jonathan’s memory will forever be etched in our hearts. We find solace in knowing that his legacy will continue to be an inspiration for us. Rest in peace, Jonathan.
