Background
Jon Franklin Melrose was a veteran who served in the Navy and was a master mechanic he also is survived by his two children Kimberly I Melrose and Robert Melrose. He was a outgoing and great spirited man. He loved the outdoors and speaking to his daughter by phone everyday. He died on Nov 14 2019 in Marietta Ohio and we are asking for help for burial expenses and give him the honor he needs. Thank you
