Jon Patrick "Pat" McIntosh was born on October 31, 1963. The son of John McIntosh and Alice "Nadine" Breyfogle. Pat passed away around Christmas of 2020. He leaves behind two sons; Justin and Michael, three step-daughters; Anna, Alecia and Anita and five grandchildren; Madelyn, Myles, Maggie, Roman and Selena. Pat also leaves behind his siblings, Jodi and Chris. He will always be remembered as a kind and giving man and will be forever loved and …
