A testament to his indomitable spirit and vibrant personality, Jon is survived by his daughters, Candy Lemmo Fultz, Jennifer Lemmo Cicon, and Laura Lemmo Mittlestadt. Each of them a source of enormous pride and love for Jon, they remain as living symbols of his legacy and love. Jon's remarkable brotherhood is also remembered through Fredie, Don, and Joe Lemmo and Chuck Angstrom. In addition, Jon's memory will always be cherished by his dear sister, Sandy Angstrom Pavick.
He will be reunited in memory with his parents, Nicola Lemmo and Phylis Bliss Angstrom, as well as his brothers, Philip and Nicholas Lemmo. His cherished step-parents, Bud Angstrom and Jean Elliot Lemmo, and his brother, Norman Fred Elliot, also preceded him. Jon’s spirit will forever be entwined with his ex-wife, Marge Red Lemmo, who passed before him.
Known for his infectious energy and free-spirit, Jon was a hippie at heart. He had a deep affinity for the tunes of the '50s and '60s, the nostalgia of card games, and the exhilarating unpredictability of gambling. Among Jon's favorite escapades were fishing excursions and spending time working on cars. He found particular joy in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, a place he loved to visit with his brothers.
His greatest accomplishment, he often stated, was his three precious daughters. They were his pride, his joy, and his world. Jon's love for them was a testament to his capacity to love and cherish, a trait that defined his life. He was a beacon of strength and guidance for his family and friends, and his memory will undoubtedly endure in their hearts forever.
As we remember Jon, we celebrate a life vibrantly lived and deeply loved. His laughter, warmth, and love for life continue to inspire us all. He may have left this earthly realm, but his spirit and the memories he created will forever be etched in our hearts.
