Mom was really a special lady - one story that stands out is when my mom first met my wife (girlfriend at the time) and oldest daughter, she baked Tina a bunny cake for Easter - she had never met them, had no idea how that would work out to be a marriage of 45 years and still going - but she still took the time out to delight a small child with her very own Easter Cake. I love you Mom

RIP Mom, I still think of you often - especially in the spring when we start the annual rituals of spring gardening and repotting plants as they come out of the garage or greenhouse or ...

I miss your wit and your cooking and  especially the way you would "adjust" your glasses when you needed to convey a certain message.

I love you Mom -

She was a beautiful friend and I think that I was her only English one.

I loved Johnnie and I was her best and only English friend
Johnnie and I became friends from playing Bridge on line years ago. I was her only English friend. I am an independent traveller and went to see her and joined their church trip to Mexico to help build a clinic. Johnnie introduced me to her family and I stayed with her daughter and met her sister and brother in law. Both sisters made me quilt squares. I went again and we all played bridge. We FaceTimed each other. I brought her my Heligan Woman photo from Cornwall.

Didn’t know Johnnie that well, but I do know her thru the love she received from Sam and JoAnn Goodrich. My prayer and thoughts go to them and all family and friends. Love sent!

A beautiful tribute for a beautiful Lady. JD, Candy and the entire Goodrich Family our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Love, Brad & Karen
there is so much I learned from Johnnie that changed me, how to be nice to people I didn’t like, home made cookies are the best things to take to Mexico, if it’s green it’s good to eat. I’m so lucky she was in my life
I love her so so much...so quiet, pleasant and unassuming She was always so sweet But cracked me up when she would occasionally let out a curse word. It was so unexpected but when she had something to say it was gonna be heard!
Love her, Miss her and always will.
Her and Jim Both...but they are together again! As it should be....Love to all of the Goodrich Family.

I will so miss my "Crazy" Aunt Johnnie. She was such an inspiration with all she did; so quietly teaching with every word and action. Her intelligence and wealth of knowledge was endless. I thank her for all that she passed on to me.

Sending my love to all the family to comfort the loss of such an amazing woman.

I have many warm, fun and funny memories of Ms Johnnie, thanks to my pal, Jimmie Lee. It was my pleasure to have been included on many an occasion. Ms Johnnie never failed to save me the finest, freshest baby new potatoes or some such gem from the famous garden in which she toiled tiresley. Thanks for the memories and God speed 💕

I first met Johnnie and Jim in Houston at Easter four years before JD and I married. When she heard that my six year old little girl was coming, she baked a beautiful Easter Bunny cake for Tina, whom Johnnie had not even met. So kind and thoughtful. A great mother-in-law in many ways for 41 years ! Johnnie will be missed by many who loved her.
My favorite memories of Johnnie go back to the early 70s. When I returned home from Viet Nam, Johnnie and Jim treated me as their own. She is a wonderful little lady and will be cherished forever. My condolences to JL, JD, Sammy, and the entire Goodrich clan.
