On the morning of Monday, November 4, 2019, John Zimmerman III of Allentown, known affectionately to many as 'JZ', died suddenly at the age of 30.

John was born on November 8, 1988 to Linda Sacks and John Zimmerman Jr. He attended Catasauqua High School.

John enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and especially loved and adored his children. He will be remembered for his fierce loyalty to loved ones, sense of humor, wit, and friendly, outgoing nature.

John is survived by his mother, Linda Sacks; father, John Zimmerman Jr.; brother, Matthew Zimmerman; sister Arika Troxell (née Zimmerman); girlfriend, Desirée Hausman; and four children, Lillian, Layla, Jack, and Ariana. He is also survived by his grandfather, Marvin Sacks; grandmother, Anna Sacks; aunt Christine Metzler (née Sacks); as well as various cousins and three nephews.

A memorial service in John's honor will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church at 604 4th St, Catasauqua, PA 18032.
