John Robert Wilson, 72, of Bradenton, FL passed away July 17, 2022.

John was born July 17, 1950 in Port Huron, MI the son of John and Doris Wilson (Lee).

John attended Clarkston (MI) High School and joined the army in 1967 serving three years working at The Pentagon.

John worked as an entrepreneur and owned several businesses. John had the urge and zeal for helping others succeed and did so with his usual charm and wit.

As a young man, John showed a great interest in art and proved to be a very good sketch artist and sculptor.

Remaining to cherish John's memory is loving wife, Christy Wilson, sons Jonathan (Brandy Young) and Jacob and daughter Chelsea Gregg (David Gregg), sister and brother-in-law Julie and Bill Lippold and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding John in death are his parents John and Doris Wilson and sister Glenys Jahn.

A family and close friends memorial and Celebration of Life was held at the home of Julie and Bill Lippold.
