How you can help
John respected all sports but had a love and passion for playing baseball/softball. He played baseball in high school and intramural softball throughout his military career. He transitioned from player to umpire and officiated softball league games that played at Miami-Dade County parks (in Florida) for 33 years. In lieu of memorial flowers, donations in John’s name will be given to the Miami-Dade County Parks to support their sports programs.
