We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Johnnie. He was born and lived life to the fullest all in NorthEast KC, MO. He was a proud business owner and entrepreneur of multiple successful businesses but in the end he was most proud and told anyone that would listen about his smart, beautiful twin daughters. He was the youngest of three boys born to Betty Marie and Richard “Toddy” Sweeney. …
