John James Swain, 62, passed away this week. John was born on February, 13th 1961 to Mary and Joesph Swain in Philadelphia, PA.

John was the baby of the family being the youngest of 4 children. His older sister Roseanne remembers crying when he was born and she found out she had yet another brother! But it didn’t take long to win her over.

John graduated from Charter Oak High School where he played football and was voted to have the cutest smile. John was a loving son, brother, and uncle. His nickname was Little John as he was smaller than his older brothers. His mother Mary said he always liked to have a good time and was the life of the party. He was someone you would want to grab a beer with and made friends easily. He enjoyed golf and took pride in maintaining a well kept appearance. He made a point in always having clean white tennis shoes.

John was predeceased by his parents Mary and Joseph Swain. He is survived by his siblings, Roseanne Hixenbaugh (Donald), Tony Swain (Monica), Stephen Swain (Sylvia) and many nieces and nephews.
