There is no doubt the American Stamp Community will miss Randy. He was a fine man and a true expert in US stamps, of which very few remain today. My deepest condolences to his family.
I am so sad, but yet I am so happy that I had Randy as a friend. He truly was such a special person. He and Mary brought much joy to our lives. We always so looked forward to when they returned to Florida and we could get together. Just like the good old days during COVID, where I really do credit them for helping me keep my sanity with our outside dinners and laughs. Sometimes in life you meet someone you know is special and Randy is one of those people. RIP Randy. I promise we will get to the Au Sable and pay tribute to you.
Mary, my thoughts are with you and the family. Knowing you both from church down here in Florida has been a blessing. Randy was one of the sweetest men kindest guys I’ve ever met in my life and it was an honor to help him get back-and-forth from home to church on those nights that he couldn’t do it Had a lot of great conversations with him and the truck going to and from the church on Wednesday nights and I’ll never forget those conversations and words of wisdom he still Godspeed my friend.
