He was born in salem mass on Jan 29th 1967.he leaves behind 2 boys John m sedlak Matthew sedlak and his daughter Stacey williams.he also leaves behind his soul mate of 21 years.he left behind 2 sisters and a brother.and many nieces and newphews.john loved to play and listen to music and he was a computer nerd as well …
