Particular celebration of you today my friend.  You continue to guide and look over me and for that I am truly blessed.  You still bring on a smile and a giggle remembering your silly wonderful expressions!  Miss you buddy.

John, getting to know your parents and family these past months has been such a blessing in my life...you continue to fill my heart and so many of the questions I had, have been answered thru getting to spend time with your amazing family.  I certainly can see where your inner strength, giving and gracious heart was founded.  I miss you every day.  Gabe

Knowing John Rutledge was a tremendous privilege and pleasure.  Although I had only known him for 18 months as a business associate and fine friend, I instantly recognized the stellar qualities infused into his personality.  John was always willing to do what he could to help, contribute, and care for everyone around him.  It was a joy to be in his presence.  And of course, we shared a marvelous sense of humor manifested in many ways and situations!

My thoughts and prayers go out to John's family and loved ones.  We all feel that pain.  Nevertheless, we remain greatly comforted in knowing that our loss is his gain as he has stepped into eternity with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
