John Cloyce Railsback, of Shawnee, KS, passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
He was born on October 5, 1957 in Wichita, KS as the son of Cloyce and Martha (Jordan) Railsback. A 1975 graduate of Neodesha High School, he attended Wichita State University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1980.
