Obituary
John Richard Pellew, 61, died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on September 21, 2020 after a brief battle with cancer. John was born on April 15, 1959 in Durban, South Africa to parents Jack (1923-2001) and Gwen Pellew (1929-2015). He is survived by his two sisters, Linda Pellew of Warner Beach, South Africa; Rosane Pellew of Rotaroa, New Zealand; his first wife Leslie and children, Leanne and Michael Campell, Nicola and Sein …

Memorial events are private
John’s family held a small intimate memorial service on September 27, 2020. His friends, family and colleagues held a virtual memorial service on October 8, 2020. There will be an event in the New York City area during 2021 once COVID restrictions are lifted and it is safe to congregate for a celebration of John’s life and memory.
