Faithful Servant of God, Husband, Father, Brother, Friend and Neighbor

John was born in El Paso, Texas to Juan Ricardo Patiño and Otilia Hernández de Patiño. He was the oldest of 5 children. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Eduardo and Samuel. He is survived by his wife, Armida; daughters, Edna and Elisa; and sisters, Otilia and Martha.

John was an accomplished builder, carpenter and mechanic. He was generous with his knowledge, his time and his tools. John was a dedicated servant of God who volunteered faithfully for 28 years at his church. He was a devoted family man who enjoyed traveling to foreign destinations and making memories with his wife, of 53 years, and daughters.
