John Achuodho Owigo, a resident of Aurora, CO, died unexpectedly on October 19, 2021.

John is survived by his wife, Tracy Owigo (née Rockhold); his brothers, Mike, Happiness, Davis, Onasis, Joseph, and his twin sister, Joan. He is predeceased by his parents, Zablon and Kesia , and his brothers Wellman and Foreman.

John was born in Nairobi, Kenya on January 14,1993 to Zablon and Kesia . He immigrated to Colorado in 2019, and on October 19 of that year, he married Tracy, whom he met when they both lived in Tarime, Tanzania. He was pursuing an Associates of Arts degree with the goal of working in the field of cyber security.

John was a devoted husband whose favorite pastime was watching English Premier League Football. He also had a talent for IT communications which was his field before emigrating from Kenya. He loved his friends, music, dancing, walks, politics, wrestling, traveling, and God. His family and friends admired his determination and natural curiosity. John is remembered as a kind, sincere, courageous man. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.

A memorial service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on November 6 at The Porch Church in Centennial, CO. There will be an open house immediately following at the home of Jon and Christy Rockhold, 1466 S. Zeno St., Aurora.
