Christina and Family, my deepest condolences to you and the family. Javier was a wonderful family man and friend to many. My thoughts and prayers are with you. From Dolores Lozano  (The late David G. Lozano)
mi mas sentido pesame a toda la familia de mi hermano Xavier, que descanse en paz en las manos del Senor Jesus,Amen.
I met Xavier in the Knights of Columbus. But my best memories of Xavier are related to his leadership and involvement with ACTS retreats and ACTS team building. The Knights and ACTS brothers will miss him. RIP Brother Xavier.
Our prayers. RiP Col X.   A great leader, aviator, example, and most of all friend.
Dear Friend, you were always flying up there close to him; now you are flying with him. “Wings of Glory”.
