We invite you to support the Gold Crown Foundation in honor of John, whose lifelong love of sports and dedication to young people reflected everything this organization stands for—community, opportunity, and helping kids grow into their full potential.
The Gold Crown Foundation uses sports, education, and mentorship to empower children and teens, creating safe and supportive spaces where youth can build confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills. Through athletics of all kinds—not just one game, but the spirit of sports as a whole—Gold Crown reaches thousands of young people each year, opening doors far beyond the classroom or the playing field.
John loved every sport because he loved what sports teach. Whether it was basketball, football, baseball, or simply cheering from the sidelines, he believed athletics were a powerful way to shape character, build resilience, and bring people together.
