Mr. McPhaul accepting the Gold’s gym sit-up challenge
My heart, thoughts, and prayers are with your family during this time of grief.
I am certain that your heartache far surpasses mine as I selfishly wonder what I will do without Mr. McPhaul. He was my “Rock”, my sounding board, my problem-solver, my mentor, my supervisor, and my fellow gym rat; but most of all, my friend. My entire position at the AOC revolved around Mr. McPhaul. I would listen to him speak at Onboarding once a month, and I would laugh at his stories each and every time. He always had something to say and I never got tired of listening.
He impacted me and every single thing I did/do at the AOC, and I am at a loss because those shoes will never be filled by him again.
Thank you for sharing your father and husband with me, and the AOC family. I value the time I was fortunate enough to spend with him. I feel the loss deeply, and know that I am going to miss him each and every single day.

A great loss to the AOC family. He was a wonderful man and it was a pleasure to work with him. He will be missed.
