Our Condolences to the Deemer family.

John was always a good friend and helped us when we moved to the area 16 years ago.  From cutting down trees fixing our roof after the strong winds from the tornado took tree limbs down on our roof.  Graded our drive and supplied stones.  Delivered corn so we could feed the deer.  He was always our goto person  when we had question or advise on  project.  We will miss our chats and his willingness to lend a helping hand.  Rest In Peace John.

May your afterlife be as spectacular as the way you treated everyone around you!

No words can describe the special type of soul John was. We were neighbors that grew quickly into friends, but that was just the special type of person John was with anyone. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to us or anyone in need and even though he worked long hard hours every day, he was never to busy for anyone. Everyone in the whole town knew who John Deemer was. He would often stop by, and we would talk for hours about anything and everything, plans or projects he was getting into, tips for my garden, or Michael's food plots, but never in all my days, have I ever seen anything light a man's eyes more than when John talked about his family. They were and always will be his everything. I think everyone that was blessed enough to have known John knows his most worthy trait - be kind to everyone- and if we live by and honor that, he shall forever walk beside us. My deepest condolences for the Deemer family. You are all in our hearts and please know, we are only a road away.

We have known John and the family for 12 years. John was a great neighbor and friend, a man who loved God and his family. .Always ready to help anyway he could.  Although he has left a hole in our hearts we rejoice that one day we will meet again.

WE have known John and his family since about 2010 right away we could tell that john was a good and honest man. Having a camp on mountain view rd. he was our neighbor living right down the road. John and his family helped us out with quite a few projects that we decided to do. John's fairness and knowledge made us realize how fortunate we were to have what turned out to be a great friendship. He always had a little humor about him and you could always count on him. We will miss him greatly. Knowing that he was a great husband, father and grandfather to his family they were truly blessed to have him. IT gives us great comfort to know that we will see again one day. Sincerely Wayne &Robin Zurek.

I only knew John a short time, but I could tell that he was an exemplary person, dedicated to his wife and kids. Anytime we met him, he always had a big smile and was happy to help, and offer sound advice. We will keep his family in our thoughts and prayers. Rest In Peace, John.

We are so sorry,  John will be missed. He said goodbye to me 3 weeks ago, we both knew traveling to Ukraine has a degree of risk and that I may not come back. I never thought about the possibility of John not being there when we return. lm sorry to that we can't be there to grieve together.                       See you later John... in heaven.

My condolences to John's family.

I first met John when he came to the house we  had just  purchased in Morris He was there to give  an estimate on work  we needed done and was greeted  by my German shepherd Duchess who was barking and snarling at him,he stood completely still, she went over to sniff his boots, seem they  had just been at the pig farm , so she decided he was allowed in the yard because she liked his boots which she proceeded to lick.

John was also very punctual at plowing  our driveway in the winterand we are thankful for his service

Rest in peace John with the Lord.
