Today John would have been 82. John always made our birthdays special by call early and singing happy birthday. In recent years I would call and ding to him. I know my voice pales in comparison to his but he was always gracious and simply appreciated my effort. Happy birthday John, thank you for being such a great person.

Nancy, I'm sorry about John.  All the singers and performers who knew him will miss him.  He induced me to be in my first local show here in The Villages.  I will always remember the early karaoke we did together going back to before 2010 in the original Villages Karaoke Club.  I'll miss him.  DAVE MAURER
