My brother John, ( Jack)  was NOT born in Pictou Landing NS.  He would not even know where that is.  He was born at home in Telford NS, a tiny village in Pictou County NS.   About 70 miles from Pictou Landing.  He was survived by 3 sisters,  Gordeen, Ontario.  Karen, Ontario  and me,  Margaret, (Peggy),  NS.  He was also survived by 3 brothers.  Jerry, Ontario,  Doug,  Ontario and Charlie,brother/nephew.  He was predeceased by his parents and also by 3 brothers,  and four sisters.  We were a big family.  Jack was a beloved Uncle, great uncle, great great uncle and a great great great uncle to one nephew.  He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. I have so many memories of him He called me LuLu when I was very little and I would get mad.  So he did stop, later though he mostly called me Lou. My name is Peggy Lou short for Margaret Lois.  He was the only one who called me that.  He also called all his sisters Angel.  The women he loved he called Angel.  And his dear wife so love, was Hun. I will never forget him and will miss him until I see him again.  R.I.P. Brother Jack. Love Lou
