John Lee Loper III passed away at the age of 34 on Saturday, October 29, 2022. He was known to his family as Bubba and The Jolly Green Elf and John Lee. He was a beloved son, brother and friend and was accepting of everyone. John was known for his enormous heart and listening ear. He wanted to make sure everyone felt special.
