Background
My Sweet Daddy recently passed from this earth to his heavenly home on June 12, 2023 after a brief illness. While he was an amazing husband to my mother of 58 years, being the sole provider and protector, circumstances that led to his sudden and untimely demise, left a trail of medical expenses. My mother will carry on gracefully, without the love of her life. The overwhelming tast of settling his affairs while planning his memorial and the services needed to do so are taxing on her. My dad was a well loved man who served Teamsters Local #600 for more than 30 years during his working years and took delight in working up the ranks in various leadership positions with the Executive Board. Spousal Retirement Pension is not available to my Mom. It is my hope and desire that by creating this fund, that she would be able to plan the tribute to this amazing man, her true soul-mate.
