I knew John back in the 80's & 90's when I worked with two of his brothers Tom & Ed at Bigger's Chevy. 

Even in a crowded room, you did not have to search for John, his voice would act as a locator beacon leading you right to him.

When talking to John you never had to read between the lines to know where he stood on any issue, he was always very genuine and he will be missed.

Needed a place to hang John's Muskellunge he caught in Vermillion Bay, Canada. It hangs now in the Campground store. Going to bring that fish home!
