John (Jack) William Kuhlman, Sr., 81, of West Carrollton, Ohio, passed away on October 7, 2021 after a lengthy battle with congestive heart failure. Jack was born on September 17, 1940 to Lester and Mary Kuhlman in Dayton, Ohio. After graduating from Chaminade High School in 1958, he enrolled in the Navy and remained in active duty for three years.
