Patsy and Marianne grasso who live next door for 40 years have our sympathy we had many good times with John and Renee and always welcomed Nicole and Johnny into our home to play with my daughters John was a great neighbor god bless you and Renee are rejoined in gods kingdom
My deepest sorrow and condolences to John's family and to those of of us who had the privilege to have called him friend.
I knew something was wrong when I could not reach John - nor did he call me as he usually would by now.
What a special, kind, helpful, resourceful, generous, genuine, honest, wise beyond his years, always reliable and the list of could go on and on and I would not have done justice describing John.
May he rest in paradise and continue to be a testament that there are truly good and kind people in this world.
My friend JOHN, I wish you a safe journey and may you find the peace, justice and fairness we always talked about . God Bless you and those you left behind!
My deepest condolences to your family for the loss of such a special man. I was so troubled because I didn’t know what happened to him. I tried to reach him to schedule our pool opening and his phones were either busy or disconnected. I knew he would never just abandon his customers without at least a goodbye message. Crazy after all the years that we have known each other, I didn’t even know his last name or his address.
But as a testament to what a wonderful guy he was, I have been mentioning how upset I am to enough people that finally my sister tracked this down for me.
John was a one of a kind, rough around the edges, great sense of humor, stuck in his ways, resistant to change, very private yet warm, bright, kind- spirited person that I came to very much enjoy and look forward to seeing around my backyard every summer. I will miss him very, very much. He was taken way too soon. May he Rest In Peace.

So truly sorry to hear about John—only saw him twice a year but it was always a great day. Such a honest and nice guy and so suddenly just terrible. I only just found out today but see that he passed a week after I had seen him , so sad. Mike Cole CP
