John helped my family when I was mortally wounded in 2006. I trusted him completely and it was a tough time and I recovered and so did my family. Thanks to John Hobbs and others... true heros.
It was a pleasure being in class with your Sir. Thank you for always leading in class, sharing your screen for all of the exercises, and thank you for your service. Condolences to the family.
Blessing and condolences to John’s family. His spirt and smile were 2 great qualities and he will be fondly remembered by all of those who got to know him.
I met and worked with “Hobbsy” at the CAF medical unit in Ottawa. He was uniquely suited to the medical field not only because of his skills, but more for fiercely caring about his patients. His sincere personality, infectious smile and laugh were something to behold. He will be incredibly missed. So sorry for his beautiful family
I was so sorry to hear about John's passing. He was such a kind, sweet soul and likeable person. I met John in our teenage years and enjoyed being around him. Although not around him for much of his life, the description of his career and family life seem so fitting to the person I met so many years ago. Deepest condolences on this loss far too soon.
Our sincerest sympathy to all of John’s family. John had a big personality and I know he has left you with many, many amazing memories. May you find comfort in those memories during this terrible time. I’m
Deepest sympathies to John’s family. We lived 2 miles from their home on the farm, rode the school bus, etc. John was a quiet, strong young man. It’s been 44 years since. RIP
